Responsibilities

Updating Daily Transactions of Clients Accounts on Software (Weekly Basis).
Scheduling Meeting and Trainings.
Reply to Query Mails, Sending attachments with Reply mail.
Add query email to Gmail Contact List, generating HTML Email.
Designing Banners with Photoshop & Canva.
Preparation of Training Schedule, communication with Resource Persons / Faculties, sending Notification to Participants & Faculties.
Preparation of Training Manual with PowerPoint, translating training manual from Bangla to English and Unicode to Bijoy.
Proofreading different scripts.

Benefits of The Position

CAP's Will get the change to attain various Accounts, Finance, VAT, Tax and many other training & workshops.
Training will be provided on Tally ERP & Check books.
They will be given training on PowerPoint Presentation in a regular basis.
Advance Excel Training will be provided as required.
Training on Basic HTML, Website Development, Maintaining Webmail, WordPress Content Management will be provided.
They will be given training on Basic Graphic Design on Photoshop & Canva.
Chance to get hired by Client’s Organization.
