- ট্রেইনিং এর জন্য পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে মূল্য ১০০০ (এক হাজার) টাকার কম হলে আমাদের কোনো রিফান্ডের ব্যাবস্থা নেই। তবে পেমেন্ট করার ১ (এক) মাসের মধ্যে ট্রেইনিং শুরু করা না গেলে পরিপূর্ণ রিফান্ড করা হবে। এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের ৩ মাসের মধ্যে শেষ না করা হলে অসম্পুর্ণ অংশের জন্য আনুপাতিক হরে রিফান্ড করা হবে।
- ট্রেইনিং এর জন্য পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে মূল্য ১০০০ (এক হাজার) টাকা বা এর বেশি হলে আপনি পেমেন্ট করতে অসামর্থ হলে যতটুকু সেবা ইতিমধ্যে প্রদান করা হয়েছে তার আনুপাতিক হরে কেটে রেখে বাকিটা রিফান্ড করা হবে। এবং তবে পেমেন্ট করার ১ (এক) মাসের মধ্যে ট্রেইনিং শুরু করা না গেলে পরিপূর্ণ রিফান্ড করা হবে ও নির্ধারিত সময়ের ৩ মাসের মধ্যে শেষ না করা হলে অসম্পুর্ণ অংশের জন্য আনুপাতিক হরে রিফান্ড করা হবে। তবে মনের পরিবর্তন গ্রহণ যোগ্য নয়।
- ডিজিটাল পন্য (সফটওয়ার, রেকর্ডেড ট্রেইনিং বা ট্রেইটিং ম্যাটারিয়াল ইত্যাদি) ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য মূল্য ১৫,০০০ (পনের হাজার) টাকার কম হলে এক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা থাকবে না। তবে ১ (এক) মাসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি না করা হলে পরিপূর্ণ রিফান্ড করা হবে এবং পণ্য মূল্য ১৫,০০০ (পনের হাজার) টাকার বা এর বেশি হলে প্রদত্ত পণ্যের উপর সন্তুষ্ঠ না হলে আমাদের খরচ কেটে রেখে বাকিটা রিফান্ড করা হবে। তবে মনের পরিবর্তন গ্রহণ যোগ্য নয়।

- In case of payment for training, if the price is less than 1000 (one thousand) taka, we have no refund. However, full refund will be given if the training is not started within 1 (one) month of payment. And if not completed within 3 months of the stipulated time, the incomplete portion will be refunded on a proportionate basis.
- In the case of payment for training, if the value is 1000 (one thousand) taka or more, if you are unable to pay, the rest will be refunded after deducting the proportional rate of the services already provided. And if the training is not started within 1 (one) month of payment, a full refund will be made and if not completed within 3 months of the stipulated time, a proportionate refund will be made for the incomplete part. But change of mind is not acceptable.
- In case of purchase of digital products (software, recorded training or treatment material etc.) if the product price is less than 15,000 (fifteen thousand) taka, there will be no refund. However, if delivery is not made within 1 (one) month, a full refund will be given and if the product price is 15,000 (fifteen thousand) taka or more, if you are not satisfied with the delivered product, the rest will be refunded after deducting our cost. But change of mind is not acceptable.
